Formerly Capital Campaign #2, which officially concluded on December 31, 2020, the Building Fund covers major Capital Improvements and Repairs that are in excess of our Annual Operating Budget. As we reflect on our accomplishments thus far and give thanks, it’s time to look ahead to Phase 2 of our 10-year construction, expansion, and modernization project. Based on the current level of savings, we anticipate Phase 2 Construction of our Multipurpose Parish Hall in 2022. Completion of this work will accommodate our ever-expanding needs in terms of large group gatherings, school enrollment, fine and performing arts events, youth activities, and adult education/formation programs.
Concurrently, there are multiple 6-figure projects planned, including replacement of the Church Roof, major repairs to the Church Tower and exterior brick façade, and substantial parking Lot Base Repair and resurfacing.
This Building Fund is the proper fund for any donors still fulfilling their Capital Campaign #2 pledges. Once the Phase 2 project is complete, these funds will accumulate in savings for use toward any major building and grounds improvements.
“I cannot express the gratitude I have to so many, as we were able to nearly complete the first two goals. I hope you will join in praying for the success of our Phase 2 Capital Campaign and, to the extent you are able, also contribute financially.” – Father Hahn
“As Co-Chairs for the second phase of the Capital Campaign, we are excited about the future possibilities for our parish and school. Thanks to the generosity of many parishioners, the first phase has been such a tremendous enhancement to our growing elementary school. But our work is not yet complete. Please join us in humble prayer to offer thanks for our blessings, success of this campaign, and prayerful consideration of a monetary contribution to this exciting endeavor. Thank you and God Bless!” – Joe and Pamela Cingle
