Homeless Children Donations:
Co-ordinates with Ken Marzenko what needs to be collected for
Lancaster homeless children. Varies from school supplies to clothing.
Major collection in September. Contact: Nicole Bowman 684-2801.
St. Mary's Meals:
A free community meal is offered every Friday at St. Mary's Parish,
Lancaster. Each week a different parish sponsors the meal, which
includes purchasing food, preparing the meal and serving. The
parish of St. Leo has been participating since November, 2004.
Parish Council would like to thank all who have helped and all
who have signed up for future meals. God hears the cry of the
poor!
Christmas Giving Tree:
Assembles tree and decorates tree with tags for gifts. This is
done the Saturday following Thanksgiving. Parishioners return
with presents the following two weekends of December. Contacts:

Collection for the Needy:
The mission is to provide food for parishioners in need as well
as restocking the food bank for Council of Churches. Grocery certificates
and cash donations for the needy is collected the third Sunday of
most months with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter
collections which are major drives. Contact: Leo Nicklaus (898-7645)
