Organization
Each sector is sub-divided into neighborhoods depending upon the
number of households in each respective sector. It may have from
two to five neighborhoods.
Pastor & Parish Pastoral Staff
The parish's staff under the direction of the pastor act as resource
persons to provide the assistance needed by the Sector's Key Persons
in carrying out their tasks in activities such as: evangelization,
faith enrichment, small faith sharing groups, socialization, neighborhood
Masses as well as whatever need may arise.
Sector Director
The sector director works under the direction of the pastor/parish
pastoral staff/council and is someone who is a good organizer
who manages and directs the overall program. He/She breaks the
sector program down into specific tasks of managable size which
the individual Sector Coordinator along with the Captains and
Co-Captains will carry out.
Sector Coordinator
(1 - 16)
Each sector will have a Coordinator responsible for coordinating
sector activities with the Captains.
Neighborhood Captains
(A, B, C, and D)
Each neighborhood will have a Captain responsible for coordinating
activities with Co-Captains.
Neighborhood Co-Captains
(Faith Enrichment, Social, Service)
Each neighborhood's Captain will have Co-Captains for each activity
to manage the activities.
